Use the same form. FedEx numbers are usually 12 digits or longer; Aramex is often 10–12 digits. We send you to FedEx or Aramex tracking with that AWB filled in.
The first scan can take a few hours after pickup while we pack, file export papers, and hand over to the line-haul courier. If there is no update after one working day, WhatsApp the AWB to MedicinePost.
