At Medicinepost.in, we connect brands like DHL, UPS, and others with customers, enabling users to view shipping rates, schedule pickups, and hand over shipments to their selected brand. We provide customer support and handle claims until the shipment is handed over to the respective carrier. After handover, consignees must contact the carrier directly for issues.

Sender Responsibilities

1. Return, Redirection, and Remote Area Charges:

   • Return charges are the sender’s responsibility.

   • Additional fees apply for remote areas, incorrect addresses, and reshipments.

2. Compensation and Claims:

   • Carriers may offer limited compensation for lost shipments. Senders must agree to this in advance.

3. Duties and Taxes:

   • Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are payable by the sender if the recipient refuses.

4. Accurate Declaration and Packaging:

   • Properly declare contents, value, and ensure secure packaging. Penalties of ₹5,000–₹25,000 apply for illegal items.

   • External insurance is recommended for additional protection.

Guidelines

• Time Sensitivity: For same-day dispatch, ensure delivery to us by 4 PM or 7 PM (depending on the carrier).

• Billing: Bills are sent weekly to account holders. Late payments incur ₹500 and 5% credit charges.

• Abandonment: Unpaid shipments over three months may be forfeited after reminders.
